1、 What is MVR?
MVR is the abbreviation of mechanical steam compression technology. MVR is an energy-saving technology that reuses the energy of the secondary steam generated by itself to reduce the demand for external energy.
The MVR principle is to compress the secondary steam generated by the steam through the compressor to make its pressure and temperature rise, and the enthalpy of the steam will also increase. The steam with increased enthalpy will be sent to the heating chamber of the evaporator for use as heating steam, so that the material liquid will maintain boiling state, and the heating steam will be condensed into water. In this way, the latent heat in the secondary steam is fully utilized, thus achieving the purpose of energy saving.
2、 MVR principle
In industrial wastewater treatment, MVR steam compressor steam engine effectively compresses air through mechanical compression, namely, turbocharging, to form mechanical energy and kinetic energy. The pressure and temperature of the secondary steam are increased, the evaporation of the cycle is promoted, and the heat energy is fully and effectively utilized. The steam compressor is the core equipment of MVR technology. The working principle of MVR steam compressor is that the raw liquid enters from the feed inlet and is preheated by the plate heat exchanger to reach the required temperature. The preheated raw liquid is sent to the heat exchanger by the raw liquid pump for heat exchange, and then enters the gas-liquid separator for gas-liquid separation. The steam enters the steam compressor, the raw liquid is sent to the heat exchanger by the forced circulation pump, and the recycled raw liquid is sent out by the concentration pump, The condensate of the heat exchanger is conveyed by the condensate pump to the plate heat exchanger for circulating heating.
MVR steam compressor includes steam compressor, plate heat exchanger, evaporation, gas-liquid separation and crystallization. Steam compressor is the core of MVR evaporation system. MVR steam compressor mainly produces high-pressure steam and converts heat energy through secondary steam compression.
In practice, a large amount of high-purity liquefied water will be produced after evaporative cooling to achieve the treatment effect of industrial wastewater. MVR steam compressor technology has obvious advantages of evaporation, crystallization and energy saving in the treatment of high-salt wastewater.
